mission statment

Robers and I are working on the mission statement and the DSU will be running almost every other evening this month from 9 pm to 1 am. to help out with Dominance war. we also are going to have a few demos this month. Joel will be doing some photo shop work shop this month to demo his concept skills. we will also have a new dibate about work and concepts some time this month. if you would like to do a demo of work tools or start a discution please let me (Eric Askue) know what your topice is and when you would like to bring it up.

IT HAS BEGUN!

Thats right Dominance war began yesterday afternoon and let me tell you I was more then surprised by the new demon class addition! This year you will have the choice between 3 topics ( Norm, Robot, and Demon) which is definitely something new to the challenge. Im going to be entering on in the 2d challenge and working with the demon class. I cant wait to see you guys on the boards!

DSU Friday 13 0_0 Dun Dun Dun!

ok guys I know this is a little spur of the moment but tonight we will be having our second DSU meeting this month. Tonight is going to be all about speed sculpting and brain storming for Dominance war. Please show up with a readyness to sketch and sculpt and have fun :) . Just to recap on the current state of Dominance war it has been post poned to saturday do to minor complecations. Alright peps ill see you tonight.

Everyone Loves Diamonds ^_^

Well those who showed I have to say it was great creating the characters diamonds with you guys.
Just to recap last fridays meeting was a great exercise in character ideation we use a method known as character design diamonds where we basically take 2 or more cliche design types and pick and merge their attributes with other cliches thus creating a new hybrid design. It was a very education experience. Well until the next meeting you guys keep an eye out o_x.
